About the role: The People and Culture (P&C) Business Partner is responsible for partnering with senior leaders to support the development and deliver of Lifeblood’s “Workforce of Champions” strategy. The role partners closely with leadership teams and P&C Centres of Excellence to deliver human-centred employee experiences and people solutions that align with and enable the delivery of business priorities.
