Job description

JOB SUMMARY: Provides advanced inventory reconciliation services to clients. Analyzes current and historical part data from mulitple systems to process inventory adjustments and/or other required actions to correct discrepant stock or identify process issues affecting stock accuracy. Analyzes inbound, outbound and internal transactions. Works with and leads a diverse team of IAC analysts to achieve IAC reconciliation goals. Provides reconciliation leadership for facility startups, transfers, takeovers and special projects. Assists with planning and implementation of audits and count programs. Trains operations staff on processes associated with inventory accuracy and participates in special projects as needed. Continuous improvement of processes to improve supply chain inventory accuracy and reduce adjustments is the core of the Neovia inventory accuracy philosophy. A high degree of quality and timeliness is expected.
