As a Floating Member Service Representative in the Seminole/Volusia County area, you’ll be the first step in helping our members live financially free. This unique opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, adaptability, and stepping in where help is most needed. You will serve at different branches throughout Seminole/Volusia County, supporting teams, covering absences, and ensuring consistent member experiences no matter the location. This role offers a base pay of $18.00 per hour . Due to the travel requirements across multiple locations, crewmembers in the Floating role receive an additional $160.00 driving stipend per paycheck, with the opportunity to self-promote and receive a pay increase in your first year!
