Triad Associates (part of the Concordia Wireless family) is a nationwide construction services firm specializing in the development of wireless communication sites, with a focus on supporting telecom networks. We are contracted by major carries to facilitate network upgrades including conversions from 4G to 5G. Our services include construction management, electrical and civil modernization, antenna and line (A&L) tower work, tower maintenance, fiber optic network deployment, commissioning and integration, directional boring, trenching, and excavating. Our expertise spans a wide range of projects. We’re seeking a bilingual Area Safety and Construction Manager to deliver safety training and field guidance to tower crews. This role requires a strong background as a Tower Technician and Foreman, along with the ability to effectively communicate safety standards and best practices in both English and Spanish. This is a blended role: ‘in office’ Safety Trainer plus ‘in field’ Construction Manager overseeing crews building/upgrading cell tower sites.
