What You'll get to do: Acts as the main point of contact for technical needs for an assigned portfolio of live clients, managing client deliverables from initiation to closure. Identify risks that may affect the project outcome and alert relevant parties to them; Act as an escalation point for technical support issues, and aid in the resolution of such issues. Work closely with clients and commercial account managers to agree prioritization of deliverables, and plan delivery of such deliverables in line with agreed priorities.
