Technology Support Manager Location: Dunwoody Village, Newtown Square, PA Dunwoody Village, a nationally recognized nonprofit continuing care retirement community, is seeking an experienced and service oriented Technology Support Manager to lead and evolve technology support services for our residents and staff. This role blends IT leadership, project management, and customer service within a mission driven senior living environment. How you will make an impact Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer-related degree or equivalent experience. Experience: 3+ years in technology project management or IT leadership role. Skills: Project management, analytical, support processes, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with IT infrastructure, cloud computing, software as a service and project management tools. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities to bridge technical teams and staff/residents.
