Description SUMMARY: The Residential Life Coordinator is a live-in, student-centered, collaborative professional who policies and procedures for the Residential Life program, by assisting in the management of a residential community of approximately 430 students and supervises 13-15 student Resident Assistants. The Residential Life Coordinator is first and foremost a residential educator who is responsible for creating and sustaining a community of artists. The Residential Life Coordinator is also a generalist in Student Affairs and is responsible for supporting the development of and improvement of the quality of student life – including advocacy, health and wellness, and integration into the CalArts community. Note: This position is required to live in a residence hall on campus. Availability to work extended hours will be required as needed, including evening, early morning, and weekend assignments.
