Job description
Qualifications: - Own commercial management strategy for major OEM customers to achieve each site’s business objectives for sustainable and profitable growth. - Develop business case and provide support analysis/data as required to gain internal approval of OEM bids, master term agreements & long term agreements. - Partner with sales, general management, and legal teams to negotiate customer agreements that ensure contract profitability, terms and conditions are aligned with leadership approvals throughout the commercial excellence process. - Own product portfolio / capability strategy for OEM customers (across sectors and end markets) to address customer needs leveraging existing/new Barnes Aerospace’s capabilities. - Support prospecting and business development activities through definition of compelling offerings, value proposition, and marketing materials. Build proposals from standard templates and modify to address any unique caveats and terms with Legal support. - Mentor customer service and senior management on how to respond to any complex or urgent customer service and / or contractual issues.
