Overview Maintenance Technician I: Monday - Friday 3P-11P: Performs maintenance and repairs for the company’s equipment, machinery, and facility; includes light and heavy equipment work. Follows established procedures and adheres to safety standards. Job Responsibilities: 1. Performs routine inspections and maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems. 2. Performs minor repairs and preventative maintenance according to procedures to ensure minimal downtime of equipment. 3. Repairs and maintains the physical structure of the facility, including doors, windows, and flooring. 4. Installs equipment, components, and systems with and without outside services. 5. Identifies and reports potential safety hazards. 6. Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, and inventory of tools, parts, and supplies. 7. Inspects tools, parts, and equipment regularly to ensure good working condition, and requests replacements as needed. 8. Follows all safety regulations and wears appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). 9. Other duties as assigned.
