Location: Austin, TX Position Type: Full Time NOTE: This is a full-time, temporary position funded through September 30, 2025 About this opportunity: Performs a variety of routine repairs and maintenance work for buildings and grounds including minor heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, plumbing, and carpentry work as well as routine maintenance and repairs. Key responsibilities: - Facilities Maintenance Responsibilities (100%) What we are looking for in you: - High school diploma or G.E.D. and Two to three years experience performing maintenance and repair work for commercial buildings and grounds or Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. - Valid State Driver’s License Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Ability to meet attendance requirements. Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language effectively. Ability to exert the physical energy required to performing housekeeping and minor maintenance work.
