The Issuer Services Data Governance Lead Analyst plays a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the organization's data strategy. This includes spearheading initiatives related to: metadata management, data governance and controls, data quality improvement, data standardization, and project management. This role requires someone who is dynamic, flexible, and can easily respond to quickly changing needs. The candidate must have the ability to handle ambiguity and complexity and be able to deliver on multiple responsibilities. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence, and convince others. Responsibilities: Drive comprehensive business analysis, encompassing the collection, analysis, review, documentation, and communication of critical business needs and requirements.
