Overview Starting Rate: $46.50/hour: The Residential Programs Nurse provides direct nursing oversight and management of medical and care components in accordance with Advocates and funder requirements. The Residential Program Nurse provides training, supervision, and oversight for both residents and staff in all aspects of medical and medication management. They will collaborate with the Nursing Director, Residential Program Directors and nursing team in the implementation and follow-through of the individualized service plans and documentation in accordance with the mission and regulations of the program. Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Take a lead role in assessing potential program participants at his or her residential site; identify the program participant’s needs and functional abilities. - Coordinate assessment for new durable medical equipment needs.
