Operations Supervisor

Looking to get into a leadership role? We are hiring for a 3rd shift Production Supervisor. This person is will be responsible for all aspects of production in the facility during their shift, including quality and customer service, safety, staffing, planning, leadership and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will empower and direct hourly workforce to accomplish goals and initiatives in a team-based environment. They will take a critical role in executing team objectives, driving transformation and working in collaboration with quality, scheduling, engineering and maintenance. Review orders and schedules to determine workforce requirements and capacity constraints. Responsibilities: - Resolve day-to-day issues to meet production, safety, shipping and quality goals. - Execute scheduled work orders to meet customer requirements. - Responsible for adjusting schedules as to ensure completion of order.
