Position Number: 13012T: Classification Title: Coordinator II Working Title: STEM Program Coordinator Department: COSE Dean's Office: FLSA Status: Exempt Salary Range: $57,000 - $65,000 Pay Basis: Annually POSITION OVERVIEW: JOB SUMMARY: The STEM Program Coordinator supports the goals of the NSF S-STEM grant, UWF STEM Scholars, and the UWF STEM Living Learning Community (STEM LLC) by designing, implementing, and evaluating the Resilient STEM Students Program (RSSP) to enhance student well-being, persistence, and academic success. Drawing on a background in community support and wellness, this position provides non-clinical student support, coordinates academic and wellness programming, and leverages data to guide evidence-based interventions. Flexible work schedule, with some evenings required for student events. The best fit is someone who does not mind working a flexible schedule.
