Position Specific Description: NextEra Energy is seeking an experienced legal practitioner to join its finance legal team with experience in project and corporate finance, including secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, non-recourse portfolio financings, tax equity transactions, mezzanine financings, restructurings, and capital markets transactions, and a proven record of commercial awareness.
