Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our Early Learning and Care team in Southern Tasmania. This key leadership role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our early childhood services, overseeing the quality of care, compliance, and staff development supported by our current Operations Manager.
