Permanent Full Time - Onsite, Mon - Fri - 10 AM - 6 PM Team Global Express is seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Support Officer to join our Courier Operations team based at Port Melbourne. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day transport operations, customer bookings, fleet coordination, dispatch activities, and operational compliance across the courier network. Acting as a first point of contact for customer bookings and operational queries, you will work closely with customers, drivers, and internal operational teams to ensure efficient service delivery and smooth transport operations.
