Job description

Work Location: San Diego, CA Work Mode: Hybrid (Minimum 3 Days/Week in office) Base Pay Range: $120K/Yr - $140K/Yr As the Project Manager – Funnel Analytics & Optimization, you will own end-to-end funnel analytics across acquisition, application, underwriting, and funding for a small-business lending portfolio. You will identify friction points and operational bottlenecks, design measurement frameworks, and run test-and-learn experiments to improve conversion, cycle time, and customer outcomes—while maintaining strong risk discipline. You will partner with client and EXL stakeholders across Risk, Operations, Product, Engineering, and AI teams to translate insights into scalable process changes, automation, and AI-agent solutions. - Analyze end-to-end funnel performance across acquisition, application, underwriting, and funding stages to identify conversion trends and structural inefficiencies - Design and maintain analytical frameworks to monitor funnel health, conversion rates, and customer drop-off patterns - Identify root causes of customer attrition and dropout at each funnel stage using quantitative analysis and cohort-based methodologies - Drive a statistical approach to asse...
