SUMMARY: BSPS a company within the BSNC family is currently seeking a qualified Economic Support Funds Program Specialist III for SCA Staff Support Services, Office of Security and Transnational, Affairs (SCA/STA). Washington, DC 20520. The ESF Program Officer will assist in coordinating all aspects of the Bureau’s SCA/STA managed multi-million-dollar ESF program for Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bhutan, and the South Asia Governance Fund (SAGF). The ESF Program Officer may also be called upon to assist with other SCA/STA managed ESF programs such as the Indo-Pacific programs for energy, trade, and infrastructure. This includes managing complex budget requests to Congress, identification of implementers, project design, developing program plans and performance reports required by the Director of Foreign Assistance and the Office of Management and Budget, and monitoring and evaluation of program performance.
