This role maintains the exterior aesthetics, safety, and functionality of the site. Duties include weed control, debris removal, parking lot cleaning, seasonal tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Safety: Promote a “safety first” culture by following all safety rules (including Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, Fall Protection, and Hazard Communication). Report all near misses, injuries, and incidents to the Shift or Production Supervisor. Quality: Perform all duties in accordance with Quality and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) policies and procedures.
