THE TRAINEESHIP PROGRAM: Our traineeship program, generally completed over a 12-month period, is an education pathway open to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples that combines formal learning with on-the-job training to provide relevant and valuable industry skills alongside a qualification. There are 3 parts to the traineeship program: You will be a key member of our Kinetic IT team directly supporting our customers. You will be supported in completing a Certificate III in Information Technology or Business through weekly instructor-led sessions with our training provider, and given opportunities to put into practice what you are learning. You will have access to mentor support through a specialist Indigenous mentorship provider. You will have monthly catch ups to check in and see how you are going with the role and your learning journey. - Work Experience - Formal Learning - Mentor Support THE WORK EXPERIENCE: Service Desk Technician: As a Service Desk Technician, you’ll be the first point of contact for users needing technical support, helping resolve common IT issues like password resets, system access, and basic troubleshooting.
