Department Solution Engineer – Low Voltage Switch Gear (LVSG) Post Sales Engineering: Senior Manager, Project Engineering ANZ: Position Summary/Objectives of Incumbent: The purpose of this position is to provide post-sales engineering review and support for won projects in Australian and New Zealand. Provide guidance and expertise on critical infrastructure projects, including the application and installation of Vertiv products and services, including support with approved third-party vendors and internal teams, to facilitate smooth deployment of major projects undertaken by the business. Key Responsibilities: Document Package Transfer In / Out: - Attend the documentation hand-over process from Pre to Post-Sales teams once a project has been won or has a very high likelihood. - Facilitate the document package and transfer process for projects going from Post-Sales to Project Management. ICA Technical Reviews: Review all aspects of the proposal, from Statement of Compliance through to Commissioning and Hand-over, including provision of Training and Documentation requirements to the customer. - On receipt of the Document Package, interrogate the documentation to ensure buildability,...
