This role involves conducting client outreach, assessing needs, developing recovery plans, and connecting clients to appropriate resources and services. The Disaster Case Manager ensures clients’ needs are met in a timely, efficient, and empathetic manner while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to program requirements. EDUCATION: EXPERIENCE: ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and reliable attendance as determined by the employer’s standards. LICENSES: Driver's License with clear record required. OTHER: Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates. Must be available and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as required to meet business needs. Including deployment within 24 hours to disaster locations for as long as 2-4 weeks.
