Description Heavy Forklift Operator – Multiple Shifts Location: Russellville, KY: Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour: Position Summary: The Heavy Forklift Operator reports directly to the Site Supervisor or Warehouse Manager and is responsible for material handling activities supporting Bluegrass and customer production and warehouse operations. This role operates within demanding manufacturing and warehousing environments and requires strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate has at least two years of recent experience operating heavy forklifts (20-ton or larger) and maintains a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
