Position Summary As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for the long-term vision and digital transformation of Walmart’s physical assets. Operating within the Digital Enablement team , you will oversee the enterprise asset strategy for refrigeration, HVAC, and lighting controls across all retail facilities. You will define the roadmap for integrating hardware-agnostic, connected systems, ensuring that facilities are not only digitally enabled but also optimized for the entire asset lifecycle. This role requires a high-level focus on strategic planning and the orchestration of complex partnerships to drive advanced telemetry and condition-based monitoring at scale. What You’ll Do: - Digital Asset Strategy: Lead the end-to-end strategic development and execution of Walmart's Refrigeration, HVAC, and Lighting asset digital transformation. - Large-Scale Capital Planning: Oversee the capital planning and execution of building management upgrades, specifically managing the transition of approximately 1,300 retail store controllers annually from obsolete hardware to modern technologies. - Controls & Network Governance: M...
