Contract Length: 9 months Reports To: Dean, School of Health Position Status: Full-Time Posted Pay Range: $59,000 - $73,445.00 Position Summary: The Program Director/Instructor for the Occupational Therapy Assistant Program provides dynamic leadership in teaching, program administration, clinical partnership development, and student success. This role combines hands-on instruction with strategic program oversight to ensure students graduate career-ready while maintaining excellence in accreditation, curriculum innovation, and community healthcare partnerships.
