This is a pivotal leadership role that sits across both People & Culture and Finance, ensuring payroll integrity, governance and reporting while driving continuous improvement across systems and processes. You’ll act as the organisation’s payroll subject matter expert, overseeing end-to-end payroll operations while partnering with leaders across the business to provide insights, improve processes and support strategic decision making.
