Job Description: - Food Preparation: Cleaning, cutting, measuring, and mixing ingredients; prepping food for service. - Cooking: Operating equipment like grills, fryers, and ovens to prepare food items according to recipes. - Plating & Quality Control: Ensuring food is properly presented, garnished, and served at the correct temperature. - Sanitation & Safety: Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation, complying with health regulations. - Inventory & Storage: Storing food at appropriate temperatures, labeling items, and checking stock levels - Full time and open availability, holidays included. Qualifications: commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Organization and the ability to keep up with high-volume, high-pressure demands is a must.
