This position assists with in-person response, shelter operations, responds to crisis calls, and general administration Duties and responsibilities: Provide support and advocacy to residents, including crisis counseling and safety planning. Answer the 24-hour crisis hotline, conducting intakes and offering referrals. Transport residents to and from scheduled appointments. Assist shelter residents with daily living activities, orienting them to the use of shelter facilities and appliances. Assist shelter residents with move-in and exit process, complete intake/exit paperwork, and review shelter policies. Document and maintain client records per appropriate standards and regulations. Organize indoor and outdoor group activities for shelter residents. Perform daily operational tasks, including light cleaning, restocking supplies, and managing donations. Complete other duties...
