What you’ll achieve: Working closely with the HR Lead for North & Central Europe, as the HR Generalist, Belgium you will support the day ‑ to ‑ day HR operations for our Belgian & Dutch organization. As part of a small HR team supporting around 150 employees, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes and providing support to employees and managers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands ‑ on HR work, takes initiative, and wants to continue developing their HR expertise in a collaborative and international business You will: Manage key HR operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, employee data changes) Coordinate compensation and benefits administration (fleet, group, health insurance etc.) Manage payroll processes for Belgium and The Netherlands in collaboration with an external payroll prov...
