You will be responsible for applying paint to surfaces, ensuring proper coverage, texture, and finish according to specifications. Key Responsibilities: Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for painting or powder coating by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying appropriate primers as necessary. Paint Application: Apply paint using spray guns or other equipment, ensuring even coverage and adherence to quality standards. Quality Control: Inspect finished surfaces for defects, imperfections, or inconsistencies, and make necessary adjustments or repairs to ensure quality standards are met. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain painting equipment, including cleaning, calibrating, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and safety.
