Summary: The Talent Acquisition Consultant (Sourcing) at National Heritage Academies (NHA) is responsible for attracting, assessing, and selecting top talent in the hiring of exempt and non-exempt positions. This position will report directly to the Manager of Talent Acquisition. This role will have the opportunity to impact schools directly as they are responsible for explaining our organization and company culture, building great relationships, and providing strong customer service to all our clients, both internal and external. Company Information: National Heritage Academies (NHA) partners with communities to build and operate public charter schools. Founded in 1995, today NHA serves over 100 schools in nine states, with more than 65,000 students in kindergarten through 12th grade.
