Position Overview: The Lab Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the laboratory, ensuring accurate, timely metallurgical and analytical results to support site operations. This role oversees lab personnel, workflows, and scheduling while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. The Superintendent plays a key role in developing and improving laboratory procedures, managing inventory, and ensuring equipment and systems are used effectively.
