POSITION TITLE: CORRUGATOR LEAD: REPORTS TO: Corrugator Superintendent: SUMMARY: Be able to perform any of the positions on the corrugator in the daily routine of producing quality corrugated products in a safe, productive manner with minimum waste. Cross-train in all key positions to be able to cover for any position on the corrugator. This position will at times need to work 1st , 2nd or 3rd shifts. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain quality, efficiencies, and production levels set by management. Able to perform any job duty and role on the corrugator on both the dry end and wet end. Report quality concerns to Corrugator Superintendent and Plant Manager. Assist in determining quality guidelines. Maintain inventories of sheets, inks and other converting supplies. Coordinate with your supervisor and Maintenance on any repairs or preventive maintenance done in the department. Keep upper management informed of problems or situations that may affect the performance of your shift. Communicate with necessary supervision to avoid problems between shift changes.
