ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Prepare new & renewal accounts and prepare files for Underwriter's review; perform data collection and file preparation which includes ordering loss control reports/loss runs, running new business reports, outstanding submission reports, etc.; enter new and renewal submissions into the system; prepare quotes, binders, invoices, underwriting worksheets and other documents within company guidelines (if applicable); ensure initial renewal solicitations are sent out 90 days before renewal date and perform renewal reviews; potential execution of certain renewals and endorsements (if Underwriting authority is granted) Adhere to corporate customer service standards, including but not limited to policy issuanc...
