Tax Senior Manager Global container manufacturer is seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior Manager to join the Tax Department. This role will be a key contributor to all aspects of the tax life cycle – provision, compliance, forecasting, and planning. The ideal candidate will have significant technical expertise and strong analysis, leadership, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare the global tax provision under ASC 740, including coordination and review of non-US data, FIN 48 analysis, tax account reconciliation and financial statement disclosures, documentation of tax positions, and working with external audit firm - Manage US tax compliance process, including developing and managing compliance workplan and assignments and preparation of federal and state returns - Assist with other tax matters including cash tax forecasting, estimated tax payments, due diligence, acquisition integration, research, and audit responses - Partner with other departments as necessary to ensure accurate tax reporting of proposed and completed transactions - Monitor legislative and regulatory changes affecting the business and provide communications to stakeholders and updates to syste...
