The Opportunity Wajax Limited is currently seeking a full-time Permanent Safety Advisor. This is an in-person role with required travel. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in Health & Safety administration and demonstrates excellent communication skills. This role requires both office and shop/field time allocation. The Wajax EH&S team prides itself on building strong, collaborative relationships across all departments, ensuring we provide meaningful support that strengthens leadership capabilities and aligns with our organizational core values. The Role: Key Accountabilities for this role include: - Support, participate in and offer coaching to staff and leadership. - Conducts in-person and virtual site tours, ensuring effective safety practices while providing advice, guidance, and coaching. - Support remote branches through regular communication and virtual assistance. - Collaborates with leadership & JHSC with clients and external HS related matters. - Work collaboratively with the national EHS team on annual projects and strategic objectives. - Assist leadership in reviewing incident investigations and developing S.M.A.R.T corrective actions. - Ensures quality revi...
