Job Title: Managing Counsel About your role: As a Managing Counsel you will provide legal support to our sales and business teams within Fiserv’s Merchant Solutions division. This support will involve drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with clients and other strategic partners; providing guidance to sales, product and technology leaders on legal matters; and collaborating closely with company specialists regarding products, operations, technology, data privacy, security and regulatory matters.
