Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Chemical Manufacturing Operator I , sets up and operates departmental equipment to perform material processing for the R&F department’s numerous Product lines. Operators will also be introduced to standard chemical preparations and perform reactions in vacuum kettle, induction, resistance and drying/kiln type furnaces and ovens according to production orders. This role is based at our facility in Milwaukee, WI. REQUIREMENTS: The selection of the person to be hired for this position is contingent on the candidate having export compliance eligibility for access to U.S. controlled technology which comes under the licensing jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of State, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the U.S. Department of Commerce, Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
