A Postdoctoral fellow position is available for a highly motivated and independent candidate to join the laboratory of Dr. Mahesh Yadav in the Translational Medicine Oncology department at Genentech. Dr. Yadav’s lab focuses on understanding and monitoring anti-tumor specific T cell responses to track treatment outcomes and inform clinical decisions, and discovering novel tumor antigens for cancer vaccines. This position will focus on mapping the repertoire of T cell receptors (TCRs) against tumor antigens and using this as a tool to identify and validate various classes of tumor antigens. It will also involve using advanced technologies such as single-cell sequencing (CITE-seq) and spatial transcriptomics on clinical specimens for monitoring T cell responses.
