The Opportunity The Senior Project Officer will be in charge of managing the administrative, reporting and staff-related tasks of large research projects led by Professor Andrea Morello. These are highly competitive, milestone-driven research projects that bring large external funding to the University, and are accompanied by complex management obligations. This project seeks to develop hardware components for a silicon-based quantum computer. The research takes place within a diverse, dynamic team of students and researchers in the School of Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications at UNSW. The position entails experience in managing complex and time-critical accounting, reporting and personnel related tasks. The associated specific responsibilities are listed below.
