Weekly Work Hours: 19.5 Compensation Range: Staff Range N05 Salary Salary Minimum: $26.22 Annually FLSA: United States of America (Exempt) Position Type: Staff Job Summary Implements scheduling policies and directives according to District, federal or state guidelines and regulations. Manages competing priorities in a timely and efficient manner and organizes and performs complex technical data management duties in the information database. Plays an important role as advocates and champions of the student-centric scheduling process across the entire Dallas College. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Demonstrates understanding of class scheduling guidelines, state reporting requirements, and accreditation standards. Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including conveying complex ideas effectively. Exhibits strong time management, organizational, data management, and problem-solving abilities. Capable of analyzing scheduling data accurately and leveraging technology for complex problem-solving.
