You’ll support our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well maintained. Providing a housing management service, you’ll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts with the aim of helping them move on to a secure, long-term accommodation! What you’ll do: - Customer group - over 55 - Support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies. - Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account - To support the next customers who needs our help and for maximum occupancy, you’ll turn around vacant or void rooms / bed spaces / properties within set timescales.
