This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus. SUMMARY: The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for maintaining pharmaceutical dispensing functions, including clinical review functions, in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The Clinical Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical care and products to all neonate, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, including inpatients and outpatients. MINIMUM EDUCATION: Graduate of accredited College of Pharmacy MINIMUM EXPERIENCE : Hospital Internship Rotation PREFERRED EXPERIENCE : Hospital experience: REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE : Possession of current Texas State Board of Pharmacy License PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE : IV Admixture Certification #LI-RR1 Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce.
