The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Project Accountant III to support a large-scale public construction bond program with the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD). As a Project Accountant III, you’ll be the go-to expert for invoice processing, financial reconciliation, and vendor payment coordination , working closely with project teams, contractors, and finance partners. Salary Range: $65K/Year-$75K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications Key Responsibilities: - Serve as SME for invoice processing across the bond program - Review, process, and validate invoices per SOPs - Partner with project teams on cost tracking and expenditures - Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies quickly - Support contractor payment analysis and approvals - Reconcile financial accounts and escrow statements - Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders - Help improve processes to reduce errors and risk Requirements: - Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience - Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience) - Experience with financia...
