This role mentors entry-level engineers, ensures adherence to design standards, and takes ownership of technical decisions within their domain of expertise while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. 1. Lead schematic capture, circuit simulations, and part selection for new designs. 2. Develop advanced analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit blocks for products. 3. Perform in-depth root cause analysis on complex hardware failures or field issues. 4. Define system-level electrical specifications in collaboration with systems engineering. 5.
