Make Ready/ Porter

Description Le Parc Apartments is currently hiring a Full Time Make Ready/ Porter. Duties: - Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements - Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas - Provide residents with outstanding customer service Requirements: - At least 12 months of onsite experience - Should have knowledge of painting - Basic makeready skills - Should be able to lift more than 20lbs - Knowledge of how to make keys and rekey units - Knowledge of appliances - Must be Bilingual (Spanish) - Willing to work overtime as needed, on weekends as needed.
