The Lead Technology Project Manager – AI supports the delivery of firmwide AI initiatives by taking an active role in the review, onboarding, and oversight of the AI tools used at William Blair. The role partners closely with engineering, data, infrastructure, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are aligned with workflows, priorities, and firm standards for risk, security, and responsible use. This position focuses on analysis, coordination, and execution support across AI platforms and vendor implementations. Essential Responsibilities: Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: - Analyze and support review of AI initiatives aligned to Central Technology Services priorities, with emphasis on requirements gathering, technology review, and onboarding assistance. - Support evaluation and implementation of AI platforms and vendors by documenting functional and non‑functional requirements, integration needs, and data considerations. - Ensure AI initiatives align with firm standards for risk management, security, compliance, and re...
