JOB SUMMARY: In this position you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of Textron’s talent management processes and programs, including internal talent movement, succession planning, and performance management, to ensure that HR, employees, and leaders are equipped with best practices and direction for Enterprise talent strategy.
