What you’ll do: - Organize and monitor mandatory training on Health and Safety at work, in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08 and State-Region Agreements. - Organize and monitor mandatory training on environmental aspects, in accordance with Legislative Decree 152/06. - Plan training courses for employees, coordinating with suppliers and accredited bodies. - Support the HSE team in managing internal training, including management of the LEARN platform. - Keep the training management system (Zucchetti Safety and Learn) up to date, ensuring that deadlines are met and refresher courses are scheduled. - Collaborate with the RSPP and ASPP to identify training needs and manage training sessions. - Verify the effectiveness of training by collecting feedback and analysing the skills acquired. - Coordinate and monitor Health surveilla...
